I am part of the 40-days activity, a Climate Walk from Kilometer Zero (Luneta in Manila) to Ground Zero (Hit by supertyphoon Yolanda) in Tacloban City from October 2 to November 8, 2014, the first year of Yolanda. I plan to write poems during some rests in our walk as part of this historic journey, a book of poems written in Filipino about our walk, experiences, and campaign for climate justice. The book I temporarily entitled "YOLANDA: Mga Tula ng Pag-asa at Hustisya) will be dedicated to the memory of those who perished during the typhoon and to those who survived. I will also dedicate this book to my family, friends, comrades, and classmates, because I believe they are one with us in this historic endeavor.
